Answers To Some Commonly Asked Questions

Yes, absolutely! Though the programs are designed keeping in mind the needs of corporate executives, they will work for anyone who is keen to understand their true self and unleash their maximum potential. If I think that a program is not going to cater to your specific needs then I will definitely let you know. Though I have worked in the corporate world extensively I have gained enormous experience working with individuals in their personal and professional growth. At present my primary expertise is in coaching.

Let me state this upfront – You own your own success!

In the outset, it’s important to distinguish between someone who may have discovered a System or Program (let’s call it a “Solution”) that works for them and someone who is actually a trained & credentialed coach. The former typically teaches others how to implement their Solution, and in truth, is more of a consultant. They may be able to provide expert advice or give you specific guidelines about their Solution as the one and only option. While some of these Solutions might be a good fit for you, it’s not what I offer. I am an experienced corporate executive and a ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach, currently specializing in coaching. I believe in helping you find out your own solution and not just hand out a cookie-cutter solution to you. I have a lot of personal & professional experience and I will gladly share that with you. You can leverage that knowledge to get your insights and find your solution. I strongly believe in best practices and individualized solutions, rather than a single Solution that applies to all. When we work together, I help YOU become empowered as a person, so that you have the clarity, confidence, and skills to achieve your goal. While I’ll be there to coach, guide, encourage, nudge and support you, I want you to rely on your core values, talents, strengths, beliefs, knowledge & skills to become successful.

“You reap what so sow”. In simple language, we both know, “what you put in is what you get out”. You plant, you nurture and you harvest. Period!

You should be willing to work beyond a superficial level. In my experience, we are all walking around with limiting beliefs and negative behaviors that aren’t serving our highest goals. Most people don’t knowingly come to coaching to shift those beliefs – in fact many aren’t even aware of their limiting beliefs. However, unless those habitual limiting beliefs and negative behaviors are addressed, success will be elusive or temporary. The best results occur when you’re willing to look at your mindset, and invest the time and energy required to neutralize any sabotaging habits. In these cases, I’ve witnessed tremendous growth – both professionally and personally – as well as a greater sense of ease and empowerment. The good news is that if you’ve made it this far in reading about coaching, there is already something inside of you that is ready and willing to make the necessary mindset shifts, even if you don’t know it yet!

I understand that sometimes you may have to miss a session due to health, personal emergency or any other reason. All the sessions will be recorded and made available to you. You can download them and go through them at your own pace and comfort. However, I would highly recommend that you complete all the assignments on time and be ready for the succeeding session. That will help you keep pace with the program. Momentum is key to keep moving forward.

If you’ve read this far, it means that you understand the real value of coaching, which is being able to make a bigger impact in the world, doing what you love. You likely also realize, or have experienced, the frustrations of staying stuck – and are ready to finally end that cycle of working hard without gaining the traction you desire. In order to make the changes you truly want to make, it’s going to require commitment. A commitment on your end that is likely to be different than anything you’ve tried in the past. By making a serious financial investment, it’s a way of affirming that you are ALL IN – that you’re ready to commit the time, energy, and resources for your overall growth. While I have the experience, wisdom, and tools to guide you, you have to be willing and ready to show up and do the hard work. That’s why this work is an investment. Not only because I’m giving you so much of my time, energy, attention, and knowledge. I also want you to be ready to meet me halfway. I want you to be willing to dive in and take action. It will be worth it if you decide it’s going to be worth it. I promise.

The group sessions are held primarily to share some concepts, knowledge, tools, techniques & success principles. You will leverage the collective wisdom of the group to learn from each other. If an issue that you have is common to the group or is not too personal then we will address it during the group session. However, if it is very specific & needs personal attention then we will address them outside the group session through exchange of emails or you can bring them up during our dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions.

The answer to this question is very simple. Would you be comfortable if some unknown person reaches out to you seeking feedback on something that you experienced personally? Probably. Probably not. I have to seek permission from my past clients to know if they will be comfortable interacting with you. I will share their email details only with their consent. You can then reach out to them. My honest feeling is that once you have attended my introduction call about the program you most probably may need not reach out to anyone else. You will definitely know if this program is for you or not.

We will agree on a mutually agreeable day & time and schedule all the one-on-one sessions upfront. If either one of us needs to reschedule a session due to illness, travel, or so on, we can always reschedule. If you need to reach out to me for “just in time” support between sessions, you can email or phone me during regular work hours, and I will typically reply within 1 working day. If you need assignments to be reviewed, support between our sessions, depending on the amount of material to be reviewed, there is usually a one-week turnaround time.

You can be 100% sure that whatever we discuss during the sessions, through the engagement and beyond it will remain confidential unless you choose to disclose it to anyone else. In fact every conversation we start will begin with me stating “I would like to assure you that whatever we discuss will remain confidential between the two of us”. I may use anecdotes of other coaching conversations keeping the personal identity confidential to create some insights for you. Similarly I may use a few anecdotes from our conversations without disclosing your identity to any other clients of mine, provided you are fine with that.
