PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
Fee(s)
The fee for the program(s) is mutually agreed upon during the exploration call. The final amount can vary based on the client requirements.
Once the fee amount is agreed, an invoice will be raised and the client will receive the link for the payment via email.
The payment has to be made online and is received through a Secured Online Platform like PayuMoney, RazorPay, PayPal, or NEFT.
Refunds
Once a registration or a transaction has been made, no refund will be issued.
A refund will only be issued if a program or event is subject to cancellation by Coach Srikanth.
Cancellations
No cancellation will be allowed by the client. Fees once paid will not be refunded. The fees paid can be used for a future program.
Reschedules
The client is allowed to reschedule, engage and complete the program anytime in the future. The number of reschedules are not limited. However we encourage the client to complete the program within 12 months of paying the full fee for the program.
